Meet your coach before you commit

Bennett is the trainer. Bennett is the relationship.

Since 2006, Bennett Dahl has coached people through the part that matters most: turning a plan into something they can keep doing in real life. With Answers Not Excuses online training, there is no handoff to a rotating team.

One coach from first conversation to next adjustment

A direct coaching relationship—not a trainer directory.

Answers Not Excuses is personal by design. Bennett learns what you are working toward, what has made consistency difficult, and what your week can realistically hold. He turns that information into a clear plan, then stays involved as you follow it.

Technology keeps the work organized, but it does not make the coaching decisions. The person you meet at the beginning is the person reading your check-ins, answering your questions, and deciding what should change next.

He builds the plan

Your goals, schedule, equipment, experience, and limitations shape the training you receive.

He reviews the work

Bennett reads your check-ins, looks at the information you share, and stays close to what is actually happening.

He makes the adjustments

When your progress, availability, or circumstances change, Bennett is the person who changes the plan with you.

Training has to coexist with the rest of life

A plan should support your life—not compete with it.

Work, family responsibilities, travel, changing schedules, and imperfect weeks are not exceptions to plan around later. They are part of the information Bennett uses from the start.

That is why the coaching stays specific. The goal is not to hand you the most complicated program. It is to build the right next steps, pay attention to what happens, and keep moving forward with honest adjustments.
