Your online personal trainer
He learns how you move, what needs extra care, what equipment you have, and what your week allows. He uses that context to build your workouts, answer questions, and make the next adjustment.
Coaching the whole week since 2006
When Bennett began coaching, one or two scheduled sessions showed him only a small part of a client's week. Online coaching connects completed workouts with the nutrition and habits a client chooses to track, plus questions and check-ins. That gives Bennett better information for the next adjustment.
When work gets busy, weather changes, travel happens, or available time shrinks, the answer is not to throw out the plan. Bennett adjusts it.
How online personal training works
Bennett considers your goals, current fitness level, training history, movement limitations, schedule, available time, and equipment before choosing what belongs in your week.
Share your goals, experience, known injuries or limitations, movement concerns, available days, realistic workout length, and equipment.
Bennett organizes workouts, exercise progressions, nutrition guidance, and habit targets around your actual time and resources.
Log the work or send a movement clip. Bennett answers your questions, gives text or video feedback, and progresses the plan when appropriate.
Why this approach works
You do not need a generic program or someone shouting at you. You need a starting point you can handle, a reason the work matters to you, and feedback that helps the next repetition make more sense.
Bennett chooses movements and loading from your current ability, known limitations, schedule, and equipment, then builds gradually instead of putting the hardest version first.
Workouts, nutrition guidance, and habit targets are organized around a routine you can actually repeat. Consistency grows from context, not a perfect week.
Send a movement clip or question. Bennett responds with text or video feedback and adjusts the plan as your skill, confidence, and life change.

Your coaching plan, organized
The app keeps your schedule, demonstrations, check-ins, and progress together. It is a tool for the plan, not the coach. Bennett reviews what you share and uses it to make the next programming adjustment.
Your calendar and workout list show what training comes next.
Show Bennett exactly what feels uncertain instead of trying to describe it alone.

View all frequently asked questionsYou are not expected to arrive knowing every movement or perform everything perfectly before asking for help. Bennett starts with an exercise and variation that match your current ability, training history, known injuries or limitations, and comfort level. That lets smaller details be corrected before more complex loading is introduced. You can send a movement clip, and Bennett can reply by text or video and progress the movement when you are ready. Coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment, so medical clearance may still be appropriate.
Yes. Bennett starts with your present ability, training history, schedule, equipment, and known limitations. He begins with manageable variations and loading so you can learn the smaller details before progressing. The point is to give you a clear next step, not to expect you to arrive already knowing what to do.
Your history and current limitations are part of the planning process, and Bennett can adapt exercise selection accordingly. Coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment, so get medical clearance when your situation calls for it.
No. Your plan is built around what you have access to, whether that is a full gym, a home setup, or mostly bodyweight work.
